Attitude of Gratitude Day 1

 

At this point in my life, I feel as if God is preparing for the greatness that is to come.Therefore, today I am grateful for this present moment. I downloaded the app Headspace recently, and I have been using it every day to help train my mind. One of my biggest goals with training my mind using Headspace is learning to become okay with the present, often times I fight the present. Constantly contemplating between the past and the future, wondering what brought here and trying to figure out what is next. Now, that I am more aware of this habit, I am beginning to release it from my every day activities and I've realized the beauty of the present; perfectly imperfect, the only thing that is tangible the past is a memory, the future is nothing but an idea that at the end of the day is held in God's will. Presence, is the key to letting go of the past and for taking the steps into your brightest future.
